1、Buyer's use of the Products: The Products shall be used for laboratory research purposes and shall not be used for other purposes (including but not limited to: in vitro diagnostics, food, drugs, medical devices, human or veterinary treatments, cosmetics or other commercial purposes). This statement shall be clearly known and strictly observed by the Purchaser. In case of any concealment of the true purchase intention by the buyer, the legal liability and all legal consequences arising therefrom shall be borne by the buyer.

2、 Accurate ordering: When placing an order, the buyer shall carefully review the technical specifications of the products in advance to confirm that they are correct. Any unknown information should be checked immediately. Once an order and products are placed, the Buyer shall be deemed to have approved the technical specifications of the Products concerned.

3、 Quality responsibility: We guarantee that the quality of the products supplied conforms to the standards listed in the COA. The Buyer shall adopt the manufacturer's standards as acceptance criteria. In view of the special nature of the chemicals, the Seller shall be responsible for the quality of the products before they are used and shall not be directly or indirectly responsible for the application of the chemicals. The seller reminds the buyer to check the quality of the product according to the technical specification before doing the experiment. The Buyer is fully responsible for the application and its results after the product has been put into use. In case of any quality objection, the buyer shall notify the seller in writing within 10 working days after receiving the goods. The expiration date is invalid.

4、 Limited Warranty: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the products provided by Seller will be provided to Buyer "on as is terms", Seller makes no warranties of all kinds, express or implied, regarding the Products and/or their use (including, without limitation, all warranties, express or implied, of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement) or that Seller's Products will achieve any particular result or will not be interrupted or free from error.

5、Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seller shall not be liable in any way for any loss of profit or revenue or other consequential loss, incidental loss, special loss, punitive loss or any other consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with this Contract, Seller's Products or the use of Seller's Products. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Seller's maximum indemnity limit shall be the price actually paid by Buyer to Seller for Seller's products in question.

6、If the Seller is unable to supply the goods due to force majeure, the Seller shall promptly notify the Buyer, and both parties shall decide whether to partially, completely or delay the performance as the case may be. If the expiration date of the supply term falls on a major holiday at home and abroad or a national legal holiday, the supply term shall be extended accordingly; If the delivery is delayed or the supply is not available due to shortage, the Seller shall promptly inform the Buyer and shall not be deemed to be in breach of the contract. Force Majeure: The Seller shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or failure to deliver the goods due to fire, flood, storm, explosion, terrorist incident, war, government action or any other unforeseen, unavoidable and insurmountable event of the Seller.
